I have always loved messing about with old houses in my spare time. Since becoming a professional/full-time landlord in 2013, I fully understand the responsibilities of letting out property and as part of the renovation process I have ensured that things are done properly, as well as tastefully.​

 

Living in St John's, I know the area well and can appreciate why it is such a popular place to live. With all the amenities around the corner and Worcester City Centre an optimistic ten minute walk away, I can’t image living anywhere else.

 

In a past life I was, for twenty-two years, the Creative Director of a design consultancy. Having put my pen and ego back in the drawer and torn myself away from the constant silliness, I watch from a distance, as 'landlording' is what I do now...and I absolutely love it.

 

Living locally and being a full-time landlord also means I can respond quickly to any problem...and my mobile is always on. I enjoy 'difficult', looking for the best, rather than the easiest route forward, but I don't play games. Simply put, I want to be a great landlord for my tenants and no one ever gets messed around.

 

Despite the new taxes being placed on landlords, changes to how agent's fees are charged and the suicidal bigotted lunacy of leaving the EU, I have no plans to sell up. This means that as a tenant, you can settle in, enjoying a long-term let should you wish.

 

Some landlords seem to take a short-term view with tenants, but for me the pleasure is in building a trusting, honest relationship. At the end of the day, the property is your home and we both have a vested interest in looking after it.
